This is my first LO since July and I'm not to happy about it. But than again, I started, so that's something.
This is my Grandma, on her birthday, a year before she past away.
I used the awesome Swirlydoos November kit and the design is by Begahuna.

As some of you might know, I'm a huge Tim Holtz fan!

On his site he added some photo's of the most awesome workshop he thought in Scotsdale.

Underwater Fun

This is a photo of my DS Daryl and his girlfriend Emma.

This is my enty for the SGC Round Robin Challenge @ Swirlydoos.
It's an easy design, but I tried to add a couple of nice techniques.
I used the new TH pp's and most of the embellies are from Swirlydoos.
The embossing plates are from Cuttlebug, the ink I used is Broken China (TH), the stamps are from various brands.

Cowboy

This is a LO I made today, using Tim Holtz's awesome new papers and dies.
And of course all kinds of TH masks, stamps and other embellies.

For the masking I used Vintage Photo, for the edges Brushed Corduroy and for the stamps Walnut Stain.

The photo was taken in 2008, it's my hubby visiting the Houston Rodeo.

Home Sweet Home

I made this LO for my Sisters Challenge SGC May Use your scraps @ Swirlydoos. The challenge was to make a background pp using only scraps.
The vine is from Prima and the flowers are handmade.
The stamps and ink (broken China) are from Tim Holtz, the mask and glimmermist (Caribbean Blue) are from Tattered Angels.I painted the gost letters with the colour lagoon (Making Memories).

The photo was taken by my DH during one of his trips trough Texas.

These people must LOVE the colour turquoise!!! LOL

The pp's are from DCWV 'Vintage Collage' (Michaels). The flowers & pearl swirl are from Prima.
I embossed the pp's using the Cuttlebug embossing plates. I added some stitches and liquid pearls.

This picture was taken during our 'Artful Voyage to Mexico' in 2009.

The BG pp came with the Swirlydoos Park Avenue kit. The other pp's are scraps.
The metal pieces are embossed with the Cuttlebug embossing plates and in the corner I used some texture gel which I painted with 3 different colours (Making Memories).
The small metal tags are little projects I did when I was visiting my sister (playing with metal, alcohol ink, texture past & perfect pearls).
The metal butterfly (Michaels) I painted with the colour 'lagoon' from making memories.

I made this LO for MandaK's challenge @Swirlydoos. I started with white cardstock and went a bit 'over the top' stamping, masking, inking, painting and misting ... LOL
I used a lot of my new Tim Holtz stamps, masks, Distress Ink pads and crackle paint. Also some Tattered Angels Glimmer mists and got all dirty! Yipee!!

So Cute

This is a photo of the children of a friend of ours: Keanu and Sade.

My DH took the photo (don't tell anyone, it's 'bad' for his image...LOL)and my sis and my loved it so much, that we needed a print to scrap it.

This is my third LO with the wonderful Swirlydoos With Love from Venice kit. A very simple design, but the pp's and the embellies are so beautiful, that I don't think it need anything more (for a change LOL)

This is my 4th LO with the gorgeous Swirlydoos Winter Wonderland kit. The photo is of my sweet little niece Anne.

The pp's in this kit are so beautiful, that they don't need much except a good pic.
The handmade roses are made with the stamps from Wendy Vecchi, the other purple flower I embossed with purple ink and holographic embossing powder. The borderpunch is Martha Stewart's and the quote stamp is from Tim Holtz.

My DH made this photo a couple of weeks ago when it started snowing here in Holland.
I saved this photo for my new Swirlydoos kit to arrive.

This is a photo of one of our beautiful Mangalarga Marchador (Brazilian gaited horse).

He is such a fine horse with great gaites and character.

The pp's are Cosmo Cricket and Basic Grey.
For the handmade flower I used Wendy Vechi's stamps, and some TH distress ink (peeled paint), the flourish are made with the cricut (again with some TH distress ink, brushed corduroy), the borderpunch is from Martha Stewart. For the embossed pp I used the Cuttlebug embossing plate.
